Terms of use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

By installing or using Tangy you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What Tangy is

Tangy is a browser extension that connects to an AI service of your choice and helps with pages, tabs, search and reminders. It is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.

Your API key and costs

Today Tangy uses an API key you supply. You are responsible for that key, for the terms of the provider you choose, and for any charges the provider makes. Tangy’s usage screen shows estimates only; your provider’s dashboard is the real bill.

AI can be wrong

AI answers may be incorrect, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important, and do not rely on Tangy for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.

Your responsibilities

Use Tangy lawfully, and do not use it to harm others or to break the rules of any website or service. Review what you ask Tangy to do, especially before confirming actions such as closing tabs.

Paid plans

No paid plan is on sale today. If Tangy Plus launches, its price, limits and terms will be published on this site before you are asked to pay anything.

Sign-up list

Joining the list is optional and free. We will only use your details to send Tangy news, as described in the privacy policy, and you can leave at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Tangy’s developer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Tangy, or for the actions of third-party AI services.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: support@YOUR-DOMAIN.

This is a plain-language template, not legal advice. Have it reviewed if you operate commercially.
